Flujo F01 feed pumps are magnetically coupled, seal-less and pulsation-free peripheral impeller pumps for pumping aggressive liquids, solvents and liquid-gas mixtures in process development, plant engineering and process technology.
Depending on their application, they are designed for small flow rates with comparatively high pressure build-up through to the most demanding chemical and process applications.
Flujo 01 feed pumps are characterised by a chemically resistant selection of materials in stainless steel, Hastelloy, ceramic, tungsten carbide (hard metal) and with PTFE linings for extreme process conditions.
They can be used for almost all aggressive and harmful acids, alkalis and solvents, as well as for liquefied gases and multi-phase mixtures with a gas content of up to 40%.
Their hermetically sealed design with magnetically coupled drive technology ensures hermetically sealed applications even under high system pressure (Technical Instructions for Air Quality Control - TA Luft).
F01 peripheral impeller pumps can be designed for system pressures up to 750 bar and for hot liquids with temperatures up to 450°C .
Suitable as a circulation pump in material separation processes with fluids close to vapour pressure, with a high proportion of low-boiling content or sump products with enriched impurities.
With heatable pump heads , Flujo 01 pumps can be used for pumping hot fluids or melts with a risk of crystallisation or for adapting to hot process conditions.
With coolable pump heads , liquids with a low boiling point can be pumped stably or the pumping process can be adapted to low temperature conditions.
F01 peripheral impeller pumps areavailableas small feed pumps on a laboratory scale, as feed pumps for liquid-gas mixtures, in an inline version or for process applications up to 160 m³/h.
All sizes are available in an Atex-compliant design for applications in explosion-protected areas.
Frequency inverters in IP 55 for process-dependent speed control can be provided.
