Abaque™ peristaltic pumps — hose pumps

The ABAQUE peristaltic pump series meets the technical pumping requirements that must be taken into account when pumping demanding chemicals and liquids — whether abrasive and aggressive or shear-sensitive and viscous media.

 

The housing of the ABAQUE pumps is designed for continuous operation and is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron and steel with a robust, direct-flanged gearbox. Available hose materials are: Natural rubber (durable and extremely abrasion-resistant), NBR (abrasion-resistant and resistant to oil products, FDA-approved) and EPDM (resistant to chemical products such as concentrated acids, alcohols and ketones).

 

13 different sizes with maximum flow rates from 15 to 77000 l/h ensure precise customisation to the specific application. The spheroidal graphite cast iron and steel construction enables high differential pressures of up to 16 bar. ABAQUE pumps are self-priming up to a suction height of 9 m and can also run dry in continuous operation without consequential damage. They can also be operated in both directions. The seal-less design prevents leaks and contamination; only the inside of the hose is in contact with the product.
