Fink feed pump Espira 02
Description
Espira® 02 reaction and mixing technology in pump design
The alternative to stirred tank reactors, rotor-stator mixers, injectors and static mixers
Espira 02 peripheral mixers and reactors are magnetically coupled, seal-less and pulsation-free peripheral impeller pumps with several mixing or reaction components entering the pump's delivery chamber. Depending on their application, they are designed as micro-reactors and, with suitable up-scaling, as mixing units and process reactors in the most demanding chemical and process applications.
Espira 02 peripheral mixers and reactors are characterised by a chemically resistant selection of materials in stainless steel, Hastelloy, ceramic, tungsten carbide (hard metal) and with PTFE linings for extreme process conditions.
They can be designed for system pressures of up to 750 bar and for hot liquids with temperatures of up to 450°C .
Their hermetically sealed design with magnetically coupled drive technology ensures hermetically sealed applications even under high system pressure (Technical Instructions for Air Quality Control - TA Luft).
They can be used for almost all possible reactants, aggressive and harmful acids, alkalis and solvents, for liquid/gas mixtures, suspensions and dispersions.
As multi-phase pumps, Espira pumps can be used for gas enrichment in liquids, for water and waste water treatment, in biofuel plants, bioreactors or for crude oil water separation (e.g. on drilling platforms and in oil fields).
E 02 peripheral mixers and reactors are available for basic research at a laboratory scale, for up-scaling on a small production scale and for process applications up to 160 m³/h.
All sizes are available in an Atex-compliant design for applications in explosion-protected areas.
Frequency inverters in IP 55 for process-dependent speed control can be provided.
