Ziclón® 04 small circulators

 

Ziclón® 04 small circulators are special, oil-free and speed-controlled gas feed pumps, designed for small volume flows in the laboratory, in appliance applications and for industrial applications.

 

Structure

Ziclon 04 small circulators essentially consist of the pump housing, the asymmetrically mounted rotor and the magnetically coupled drive motor. There are 3-5 slots in the rotor in which displacement plates (sliders) are fitted. They are pressed against the housing wall by the centrifugal forces of the rotating rotor and form several conveying chambers. Their volumes are increased by the asymmetrically mounted rotor on the suction side and generate the suction process.

 

Further rotation of the rotor reduces the chamber volumes again and the gas is pressed out to the pressure side of the pump.

 

Ziclon 04 gas circulation pumps are always manufactured in a magnetically coupled design. They are therefore hermetically sealed and also pass the helium leak test.

New - ZiclonLab

ZiclonLab small circulators are designed in a compact housing and with integrated speed control. They do not require a separate frequency inverter to be installed. This saves time, space, installation effort and investment costs

 

It can be operated either directly via the backlit touch panel on the pump or via external interface communication.

 

A 4-20 mA analogue interface and a digital RS232 interface are available for external control. The setup button on the user interface can be used to select between internal and external operating mode.

 

ZiclonLab gas circulators are therefore compact, speed-controllable and automation-capable system solutions for all conceivable gas transportation tasks in the laboratory, in process development and for device applications.
