ASCO FILTRI CARTRIDGE FILTER WITH HIGH FLOW CAPACITY
Description
The HF and LF filters were specially created for the installation of MHF and MHL depth cartridges. This configuration allows suitable filters for processing large flows to be utilised at moderate system and maintenance costs. The cartridge filters in the HY-FLOW MHF/L series are designed for depth filtration at high flow rates.
The filter medium structure has graduated tightness. Fibre density from the outside is lower and increases inwards, as in our standard MBN and MBA cartridges.
Technical data
The use of the cartridge with a large internal diameter together with a reduced pressure drop, which is typical for blown-out melt, makes it possible to reduce the number of filter elements for processing a large fluid flow. As a result, the container will also be smaller and, consequently, so will the total volume of investments. The HY-FLOW series cartridges are created without an inner core, which offers the advantages of a fully refined filter medium with low disposal costs. The HY-FLOW series cartridges are mounted on an internal bracket made of AISI 316 L to increase the pressure resistance and improve maintenance options.

The cartridge rests on a filter-integrated construction of perforated sheet metal tube to ensure sufficient resistance to pressure drop. Tightness between the cartridge and the plate is ensured by a special sealing sleeve, and the upper bracket is secured in between without tools using the easily removable cover with wing nut.
