Description

Cartridge filters are designed for chemical compatibility with the majority of liquids and are made entirely of AISI 316L material. They are adapted to the arrangement of a filter cartridge working on DOE, M3 or M7, with length from 6 inches to 40 inches, up to the necessary value in accordance with the required flow. Available for high working pressures up to 69 bar.

Technical data

Filters with a cartridge are available in 4 sizes, 10", 20", 30" and 40", with different cover types, with V-shaped clamping or with DIN 11851, in two standard mounts for maximum pressure of 25 bar and the others - for pressure up to 69 bar.

 

There are three different models for multi-cartridge filters, depending on the design and type of cover:

 

  • The filters in the MCR range have openings in the central housing, which means the V-shaped clamp closes quickly in MICROFUSION. This adds special strength to the system that complements the special design of the fitting and guarantees a perfect fit.
  • The MTR series has an opening in the upper filter section, which is a rapidly closing V-shaped clamping in MICROFUSION. This series is only available on request.
  • The MTF/MTM series has a cover equipped with Rathmann-type oblique jaws or, on request, with oblique ring bolts, making it ideal for processing intermediate flows of liquids and gauzes.

  • Sealing pot/sleeve tube with the compression ring
  • The head is treated with wax with the microfusión function
  • Suitable for cartridges from 6 to 40 inches
  • Attachment of the DOE cartridge independent of the cap for "soft" or hard cartridges.
  • Sealing of M3 or M7 cartridges with a double sealing ring for possible waste avoidance, especially when cartridges with filtration of < 10 m are installed.
