BAG FILTERS OR WIRE FILTERS from ASCO FILTRI
Description
Bag filters or wire filters are supplied in four standard sizes or with several bags, depending on consumption needs.
The same housing is used in both filter types, only the metal basket varies depending on the bag. An option with the inlet opening from above is available. This option makes it easier to replace and readjust the bag and ensures greater tightness.

- 100% AISI 316L stainless steel frame
- Fully electro-polished
- Available for pressures up to 8 bar (20 bar option)
- Quick-opening lid with clamping (ve-band) in microfusion
- Quick-opening lid with Rathmann-type rotating jaws
- Coupling at the bottom for complete drain from the filter
- Seal body/cover with special seal from Asco Filtri
- Suitable for bag sizes 1, 2, 3, 4
- Suitable for bags with metal or plastic ring
- Wire meshes from 50 to 1000 µm
- Height-adjustable stainless steel legs for sizes 1 and 2 (optional for sizes 3 and 4)
- Standard basket for bags suitable for DP 4 bar (option for DP 10 bar on request)
- Standard filter basket is suitable for DP 4 (option for DP 10 Bar on request)
- Optionally, they can be supplied in coated or parallel form in dual format, with the valve system so that they can run nonstop, while one is working, the other is being cleared.
