Description
The availability of a wide range of filter elements and the technical capabilities for the design, development and manufacture of tanks that meet the most common international design standards always allow us to find effective and rational solutions to the filtration problems we face. Any filter? Customised? is the result of collaboration between Asco Filtri and a customer who defines the specific needs and design requirements typical of each specialist team, so that they are carefully studied and tested.
Technical data
The following filter types are special filters:
- Some cartridge filters for liquids and gauze
- Basket and/or bag filters
- Filter with several bags
- Liquid/gaseous/liquid separators
- Gas separators/liquid separators
- RVT backwash filter for separation of solids and liquids with automatic backwash system for any type of water, river, sea, industrial utilisation, etc.
- Backwash filter for separation of solids and liquid with automatic system for backwashing with gauze
All devices can be supplied in accordance with the specifications:
- Design in accordance with specific customer requirements
- Development and manufacture in accordance with internationally recognised regulations: VSR, ASME Sect. VIII Div. 1 y AD leaflet
- Testing and certification in accordance with European and international directives: 97/23/CE PED7/23/CE PED and ASME U-Stamp
- Manufacture of tanks using the most common materials or special metals: Carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, stainless steel Duplex, Inconel and Hastelloy
- Manufacture of tanks with the corrosion-proof coating: Ebonite, neoprene, glitter and Halar, glass ECTFE, PTFE.
