Air-operated diaphragm pump from the Chemicor series
When designing the ALMATEC air-operated diaphragm pumps in metal, we placed particular emphasis on the design of the product compartments. The result: soft deflections, smooth flow and avoidance of dead spaces.
The three sizes of the CHEMICOR series achieve a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m³/h (AD 20), 9 m³/h (AD 32) and 24 m³/h (AD 50).
ATTENTION:
AD 20 has been replaced by the new stainless steel series ADX 20 and ADX 25.
Technical data
Various materials are available for ALMATEC metal pumps:
- Housing - stainless steel precision casting 1.4408, 1.4408 polished
- Diaphragms - EPDM, PTFE/EPDM
- Valve balls - EPDM, PTFE
CHEMICOR pumps with a conductive PE control block are ATEX-compliant in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC.
