ADX - the new stainless steel series
ADX 20 and ADX 25 available as first sizes
The Almatec AD-Chemicor series of stainless steel air-operated diaphragm pumps has been used successfully for many years in various industry sectors. Now we are replacing them: Almatec is gradually introducing the new ADX series for industrial applications. The ADX 20 and ADX 25 sizes are the first, with further sizes in preparation.
Technical data
- Distinctive, revised design with the mass required for an oscillating pump and proven internal parts
- Housing parts in contact with the product in highly chemically resistant stainless steel investment casting 1.4408
- Non-fluid-conducting air area in three different plastics, from polyamide to its conductive version and conductive polyethylene - depending on the application and temperature
- Two versions that are ATEX-compliant in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU for operating temperatures up to 80°C or 120°C
- Flexible swivelling connection piece
- The new design of the lift limiter means simplified maintenance, improved cleaning and increased safety
- The new flange option (DIN and ANSI) is a compact design, welded in a defined position
- There are various connection options such as milk pipe, TriClamp and open weld end
- Stroke counting, diaphragm monitoring, sealing chamber available as monitoring options
- Further increased safety thanks to improved sealing and bi-directional diaphragm clamping
- Available sizes ADX20 (3/4") and for the first time also ADX25 (1"), both sizes identical in construction with different connection pieces
