Air-operated diaphragm pump E series
The E series is the latest generation of air-operated diaphragm pumps made of plastic in solid construction. Compared to the previous A Series, we would like to highlight the following market-orientated advantages:

The housing parts of the E SERIES are clamped together as usual using tie rods. However, each tie rod no longer rests against the housing at a specific point; instead, all tie rods are pressed together on each side via a ring. The result is a more even distribution of the preload force and a higher permissible tightening torque - ultimately greater pump reliability, which is supported by further design improvements.
The flow resistance is reduced by modifying the flow routing, thereby increasing the efficiency of the pump. Compared to the A Series, a higher output is achieved with the same air consumption or a lower air consumption with the same output. As before, the pulsation dampers can be screwed onto the pump as an integrated model, but are also available in a flange version. Various materials are available for the E SERIES pumps:
- Housing: PE, conductive PE, PTFE, conductive PTFE
- Diaphrams: EPDM, PTFE/EPDM, NBR
- Valve balls: EPDM, PTFE, NBR, stainless steel
- Valve cylinder: PTFE
Technical data
E SERIES pumps in conductive PE and conductive PTFE are ATEX-compliant in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC.
The seven sizes achieve the following maximum flow rates:
- 9 m³/h, 15 l/min (E08)
- 4 m³/h, 23 l/min (E10)
- 4 m³/h, 55 l/min (E15)
- 8 m³/h, 130 l/min (E25)
- 20 m³/h, 330 l/min (E40)
