Schmitt NEOCHEM CORE

NEOChem Core is a modern, chemically resistant plastic magnetic pump designed for demanding industrial applications. It combines a seal-less magnetic drive with a high-strength outer protective/armor construction and PFA lining, providing high corrosion resistance and robustness even under challenging operating conditions. In addition, features such as a back-pull-out maintenance design and a flow-through bearing cooling system ensure reduced maintenance intervals and high availability.

Applications

• Pumping of acids, alkalis, or other corrosive, hazardous, or toxic liquids in applications where even the smallest leakage is unacceptable and a hermetically sealed pump is required.
• Pumping of high-purity or sensitive fluids where contamination of the medium by foreign substances must be avoided.

• Casing: PFA-lined
• Elastomers: EPDM, FKM (e.g., Viton®), PTFE + FKM
• Plain bearing materials: carbon, PTFE-CF, SSiC
