Quick replacement of disposable pump chambers
The Quattroflow™ EZ-Set system for replacing the pump chamber has been specially developed to reduce downtime between batches. This allows you to replace your disposable pump chamber in 30 seconds or less without the use of special tools or torque spanners. The EZ set’s comfortable handle design makes it easy to change the pump chamber, even when wearing rubber gloves. With the EZ-Set, you have more time to focus on what is really important for your work. It's quick, easy and safe.

- Simple installation of disposable pump chambers
- For disposable pump chamber sizes QF150 and QF1200 (QF150SU / QF1200SU / QF1200SU-CV / QF1200SU-HT)
- Nothing to screw in
- Correct tightening by hand, no torque spanner required
- Available for new pumps by adding "EZ" to the pump code
- Can be retrofitted to existing standard Quattroflow disposable pumps by replacing the pump chamber, pressure plate and shaft bearing set
