Quattroflow™ single-use pumps are equipped with a product-wetted plastic pump chamber that can be replaced as a complete disposable unit. This simple design feature ensures a faster production process and saves time and money by eliminating the need for complex sterilisation and cleaning validation. Quattroflow single-use pumps also provide the product purity and sterility required for these applications, eliminating the risk of product damage and reducing the likelihood of costly contamination between batches or products. In addition, disposable pumps reduce downtime between two batches and are quick and easy to change. A disposable pump chamber can be replaced in less than a minute and its simple design requires only one tool.
Quattroflow single-use product chambers are made of solid polypropylene. Due to market demand for a more cost-effective choice, Quattroflow pumps are available with plastic pump chambers made of injection-moulded polyethylene (pump sizes QF1200SU).
Quattroflow disposable pumps are available in different sizes - QF150, QF1200, QF2500, QF4400 and QF5050 (arranged in order of flow capacity). The smallest size, QF150, is supplied with an integrated controller as standard. A separate control box is available for all other sizes. In addition, the QF1200 and QF4400 sizes are also available in a space-saving compact version with integrated controller and high turndown ratio (QF1200SU-CV, QF1200SU-HT, QF4400SU-HT).

Quattroflow single-use pumps QF150 and QF1200 can be fitted with the EZ-Set Pump Chamber Replacing System. The convenient handle design of the EZ set makes replacing a Quattroflow disposable pump chamber very easy and quick - within 30 seconds or less by hand. It's quick, easy and safe. Correct tightening is achieved by visual guidance only and no torque spanner is required.
