Description
High-pressure pumps work on the principle of pneumatic double diaphragm pumps, with an intermediate plate to increase the contact surface and thus multiply the air pressure by a factor of 2 to 3. There are models in nodular cast iron, AISI 316 stainless steel and hygienic versions in polished AISI 316L stainless steel. The construction is bolted to ensure good watertightness and safety of the devices.
They are perfect pumps for filter presses. The flow rate automatically adjusts to the outlet pressure without the need for complex electronic controls. They are also used for high-pressure filling, for viscous products or for very long hoses.
The new H1500 sanitary pump enables the transport of food or cosmetic products, with or without suspended solids and with all the advantages of pneumatic pumps compared to other technologies.
