Description
Robust rotary gear pumps are available for the chemical and petrochemical industry, specifically designed for demanding media and changing process conditions. They are suitable for pumping liquids with very different rheological properties—from low-viscosity to highly viscous and structurally sensitive media.
The pumps ensure a reliable and gentle conveying process, even with media containing solids or with sensitive product characteristics. Thanks to various rotor variants and designs, the pumps can be optimally adapted to the specific application and operating conditions.
The range of applications includes, among others:
- Low-viscosity liquids
- High-viscosity media
- Media with variable viscosity (e.g. temperature- or process-dependent)
Depending on the installation requirements, different connection types and designs are available, such as 90° configurations to reduce pressure losses and simplify system integration.
The pumps cover a wide performance range and are designed for industrial applications:
- Flow rate: approx. 0.5 to 50 m³/h
- Viscosity range: approx. 500 to 500,000 cP
- Discharge pressure: up to 20 bar
The pumps can also be supplied in an ATEX-compliant design.
