THREADED SPINDLE PUMP SYSTEMS

Description

TDF Systems offers the ability to configure the pumping system for your application, with the ability to manufacture mobile and frame units with the most critical elements in your process. We adapt flow and pressure measuring devices, safety valves and flow monitors, all of which are hygienic. We also offer the option of leaving the units fully autonomous and automated in order to customise control cabinets in a configurable way.

TDF Systems offers you customised solutions with threaded spindle pumps for your needs in the available sizes: 50, 70, 90 and 125. The maximum flow rate is approx. 350 m³/h. The differential pressure can be up to 50 bar.

• Pumps for viscosities from 0.5 to 1,000,000 cSt
• High NPSH suction power up to 0.5 m height
• Operating temperatures from -10 ºC to 130 ºC as standard.
• Cleaning temperatures up to 140 ºC and sterilisation temperatures up to 145 ºC
• Certifications: EHEDG - 3A - EC1935/2004 - ATEX
