STURSAN ST-HC JZ1

The JZ1 series is a pump for homogenisation and emulsification tasks that is suitable for continuous production and is based on stator and rotor technology. In this process, the liquid to be processed flows gradually through 6-10 sets of stators and rotors, passing through a series of steps such as distributing, cutting, refining, crushing/grinding, emulsifying, mixing and more.

STURSAN ST-HC JZ3

The JZ3 series is an inline pump for homogenising and emulsifying. It is ideal for series production and also works with stator and rotor technology. Here, the materials to be processed first pass through three rotor and stator assemblies in which distribution, cutting, grinding, crushing, emulsifying, mixing and homogenisation processes are carried out. These processes are then repeated step by step to ensure complete and even mixing.
