PHARMA-CLEAR R SERIES
Description
The Pharma-Clear R series is manufactured with an inner braid reinforced with polyester yarn, which was developed in the same way as a pressurised hose. This type of production makes it possible to fulfil the strict biological and chemical standards of the EU and the USFDA for pharmaceutical applications. It can also be used in fine chemicals and in the food and beverage industry.

- Platinum-cured silicone with internal nylon reinforcement.
- Hardness: 61 Shore A durometer.
- Excellent clarity. Nylon-reinforced for high pressure applications.
- Tasteless/odourless.
- Contains no phthalate plasticisers or peroxides that can leach into the process fluid.
- The less sticky surface minimises the absorption of proteins and food.
- Sterilisation methods: autoclave, gamma radiation and chemical sterilising agents.
- Packaging: Transparent 4 MIL film in a double-lined bag.
- High pressure values.

- Resistant to twisting.
