Jabsco flexible impeller pumps
Download
Description
Jabsco's flexible impeller pumps are rotary or positive displacement pumps that pump products such as water, highly viscous liquids, abrasives and corrosive substances. They function by slightly deforming the lamella of the flexible impeller to guide the liquid into the pump. The pump then transfers it to the unloading door, with a stable distribution rhythm. This principle combines smooth operation of the pump with automatic and continuous priming. All these bends are controlled by a cam or eccentric screw inside the pump body, whereby the continuous bending and straightening of the impeller blades creates an intense vacuum to achieve instant and reversible self-priming.
We use various materials in the impellers, such as neoprene, nitrile, non-toxic or high-pressure materials, which make them very versatile in industrial applications, among others.
