Variants
For a wide range of liquids...
DL-Niro:
For decanting and emptying drums and containers.
Type A for large volume flow,
Type R for high pressure,
With foot valve for better emptying
For liquids to be mixed...
DL-MP-Niro:
For mixing emulsions, dispersions and suspensions before pumping.
In the "Mixing" position, holes are opened in the immersion tube so that
the medium can circulate in the drum and is mixed.
After mixing, the holes are closed in the "Pump" position and the pumping station works as usual as a drum pump.
Recommendation:
DL-MP-Niro-R with a powerful motor (p400-A) for the best mixing effect.
For medium viscosity liquids...
DL-Niro-S:
The screw conveyor is suitable for medium-viscosity media (η > 200 mPas) when conventional conveying elements reach their limits.
Can be ideally combined with three-phase motors for gentle product conveying
