Variants

For aggressive* liquids...

DL-PP:

For decanting and emptying drums and containers.

The ideal drum pump for most low-viscosity media.

Type A for large volume flow,

Type R for high pressure,

with foot valve for better emptying.

Recommendation:

With DL-PP-R-HC with the powerful p400-A motor, you are well equipped for most applications.

*aggressive liquids do not cause any problems with the drive shaft made of Hastelloy C (HC).

For liquids to be mixed...

DL-MP-PP:

For mixing emulsions, dispersions and suspensions before pumping.

In the "Mixing" position, holes are opened in the immersion tube so that

the medium can circulate in the drum.

After mixing, the holes are closed in the "Pump" position

and the pumping station works as usual as a drum pump.

Recommendation:

DL-MP-PP-R and the powerful p400-A motor — for good mixing.

For medium viscosity liquids...

DL-PP-S:

The screw conveyor is suitable for medium-viscosity media (η > 200 mPas) when conventional conveying elements reach their limits.

Can be ideally combined with three-phase motors if gentle product conveying is required.

Recommendation:

Three-phase motor with frequency converter for product-orientated speed.
