Carino 09 high-pressure dosing pump

The power and precision of high-pressure dosing with dual drive technology, maximum chemical resistance and universal application options.

 

Carino 09 high-pressure dosing pumps are specialised, high-precision piston dosing pumps for analytical and preparative analysis and HPLC technology, but also micro and nano dosing pumps in low- and high-pressure applications for laboratory, research and development and process optimisation.

 

They are characterised by their versatile material equipment, their dual drive technology with two independently operating dosing pistons and their flexible software features.

 

Process and automation-capable control with high flexibility and the option to integrate into almost any application thanks to extensive interface equipment (2x analogue remote control, RS232, USB, LAN).

 

The Carino 09 programme in a nutshell:

 

  • 2 pump head sizes from 1 μl/min to 50 ml/min and
  • 3 pressure versions of 150, 400 and 600 bar.
  • Stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium or Peek pump heads
  • Process and automation-capable interface configurations

Properties:

 

  • In an absolutely inert design with titanium pump head and ceramic sensor for maximum chemical resistance or biocompatibility.
  • Can be used with working/auxiliary flask for all analytical and HPLC applications.
  • With 2 independently-controlled working pistons in a compact, space- and investment-saving design for dosing 2 fluids with just one dosing pump.
  • In master/slave control of 2 independently operating pistons for absolutely time-synchronised and quantity-proportional dosing in a reaction or mixing process.
  • Adaptive electronic control of both stepper motors to compensate for residual pulsation.
  • With piston backflushing to prevent solid deposits and piston wear.
  • With extremely simple operation via touch panel and TFT colour screen, direct input of dosing parameters, menu selection, purge and setup functions.
  • Integrated system protection with programmable pressure settings Pmin and Pmax.
  • Up to 20 storable programmes, programmable start time and programme number.
