Wide range of metal filter cartridges made of wire mesh, sintered powder or sintered metal fibres depending on the application. Manufactured in ASCO FILTRI's own workshop in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Technical data
- WM metal mesh cartridges are made entirely of stainless steel and can withstand an intensive regeneration cycle, be it chemical or mechanical. Filter material is made of high-quality filter nets to ensure a high degree of precision in the release of solid particles. Welding or clip-on assembly allowed, use the cartridges at particularly high temperatures. In the case of non-critical applications, the epoxy resin version is also available.
- The SP cartridges are manufactured from selected sinter-fired metal powders calendered on top of each other and in seamless tubes. These cartridges are ideal for filtering liquids with backwashing on site. Contamination can also be removed chemically, by means of ultrasound or by curing in ovens with a controllable atmosphere, so that the cartridges can be used for years.
- SF series filter cartridges are made of sintered metal microfibres that are evenly distributed to form a three-dimensional filter structure. In order to achieve excellent mechanical resistance and/or better drainage, the filter medium is bonded with various metal gauzes for further baking. The SF series cartridges are ideal for filtering highly graded, aggressive or highly viscous liquids.
