New ATEX Pump Series from Quattroflow
We are thrilled to introduce the Quattroflow® ATEX Pump Series, four new multiple-use Quattroflow® pumps with Ex-marking. This expansion of our Quattroflow® line will facilitate critical biopharma processes like lipid nanoparticle formulation (LNP), specific chromatography and inline dilution steps.
These initial offerings are just the beginning. PSG Biotech is committed to continuously expanding its portfolio of explosion-proof Quattroflow® pumps to meet the evolving needs of its customers. In 2026, additional Quattroflow® pump sizes with Ex certification will be introduced to the market.
The ATEX series initially includes the following Quattroflow® models:
- QF150MU ATEX for flow rates from 13 lph to 180 lph
- QF2500MU ATEX with 6-pole motor for flow rates from 160 lph to 2,500 lph
- QF5kMU ATEX for flow rates from 200 lph to 6,000 lph
- QF10kMU ATEX for flow rates from 1,000 lph to 10,000 lph
