The R05 programme in a nutshell:

Ritmo®-05 dosing pumps are specialised, high-precision diaphragm dosing pumps for laboratory, process optimisation, research and development, but also for industrial use as small-volume dosing devices.
In their full PTFE design, they are characterised by maximum chemical resistance, product purity and FDA/BGVO compliance.
Available in 6 sizes from 3µl/min to 480ml/min, back pressures up to 4 bar and an extremely wide adjustment range of 1:1000.

Properties:

Can be used for almost all aggressive fluids and gases, for acids, alkalis or solvents, for absolutely high-purity processes and metal-free applications and for dosing tasks in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.
With force-controlled valves for hermetic sealing between the suction and discharge sides, for absolute vacuum suitability and robust suction behaviour.
With friction-locked diaphragm actuator and delayed ejection process for even, low-pulsation precision dosing.
With extremely simple operation thanks to direct input of the delivery rate in µl/min or ml/min and clearly arranged keypads for unrivalled functionality and flexibility.
Return function for returning aggressive fluid residues or product melts from the pump head or the entire apparatus to the receiver.
Clean function with simultaneous opening of both valves for rinsing or inertisation processes (CIP/SIP) without having to remove the dosing pump from the system.
Process capability and automation via analogue (4-20mA) and digital interfaces (RS232) as well as master/slave configuration.
Housing versions in stainless steel as well as with PFA coating, backlit polycarbonate or in plastic IP 65 design
Can be retrofitted with application-specific software modules.
